Actress and singer Lea Michele is selling her updated contemporary in L.A.’s Brentwood neighborhood, for just a few notes above what she paid for it. She’s listed the stylish residence for $3.15 million, after purchasing it four years ago for $3 million.

Originally built in 1957, the home was substantially expanded and remodeled. It features four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread over 3,164 square feet. But those are mere numbers. The real value is in the thoughtful updates—and the location on a quiet, half-acre lot on a cul-de-sac in Mandeville Canyon.
