The John Wick Experience — Can You Hang With Master Assassins?
We checked out the new John Wick Experience at the Las Vegas Continental in Area 15 and declared it Sin City’s latest “Must Do.”

Yet another wildly entertaining slice of Hollywood can now be found in Las Vegas, and it’s not on the Strip.
It’s located just minutes away, at Area 15, the outrageously original interactive and immersive art, adventure, dining and drinking venue. There, you’ll find one of the best new attractions in Sin City. It’s the John Wick Experience, where fans can see if they have what it takes to complete a mission in the captivating world of who else, but John Wick.
My partner in crime, Jim and I had the chance to get a taste of it just before it opened to the public, and it was the best, most original night on the town we’ve had in ages.
We were invited to dress in the style of John Wick, and wearing black suits and ties added to the fun. What we found once we arrived at the venue and parked in the ample, free parking lot, thrilled us. Of course, we’rebig fans of the franchise, so in one way we were easy marks, and in others we were tough customers.
Creators of the experience had converted a 12,000 square foot space into the “Las Vegas Continental.” They blended more than a dozen highly themed cinematic rooms, live interactions and interactive gameplay to create an immersive journey that challenges wit, skill and nerve.
As we stepped through the doors of the John Wick Experience, we found ourselves in the fantastical underworld of the master assassin himself. We had to navigate the all-new, high-stakes adventure using savvy, knowledgand cheek. We searched for clues, we ran from bad guys, we shot a bunch of them, we played poker, and we had to maneuver through a room full of laser beams that we weren’t supposed to break.
With million dollar bounties on our heads, we were drawn into the culture, trusted with secrets, and invited into private areas of the Las Vegas Continental, and tasked with getting out alive.
It turns out that each group of up to 12 guests is tasked with completing a mission that plays out in unique ways with characters, mythology, and iconography inspired by the Wick universe. You can rub elbows or grab a drink with the Continental Las Vegas staff, assassins, crime bosses, or other curious guests within “relative” safety.
In addition to the individual experience rooms, there are two themed bars and a retail shop. You can easily make a full evening of it, for a surprisingly reasonable price. Depending on the times you select, prices range from $49.99 for general admission, to $114.99 for the Ultimate VIP Admission, which comes with the ability to pick your own group, drinks, a Collectors Cup and 20% off the inevitable gift shop. Actually, we found the t-shirts and glasses especially cool.
Who’s behind the John Wick Experience

Just so you know this is a first rate project, the experience is based on the billion-dollar John Wick motion picture franchise, which franchise director Chad Stahelski produces with Basil Iwanyk and Erica Lee at Thunder Road Films. Stahelski and his team at 87Eleven Entertainment were creative collaborators on the experience from design to special stunt work.
To bring audiences into the world of Wick, Lionsgate and Stahelski worked closely with Egan Productions, the producer of the experience. A leading creator of escapes, attractions, and live events with more than 20 years of expertise in all aspects of production and operations, Egan is also Lionsgate’s collaborator on two other Las Vegas attractions based on the studio’s beloved IP: The Official SAW Escape, which opened in 2018 and has been named Best Escape Room by USA Today, and Escape Blair Witch, which opened in 2021.
“In the films, Chad Stahelski has created a complex, alternate reality with exquisite design, deep mythological influence and meticulous action,” said Jenefer Brown, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Products and Experiences at Lionsgate. “The most important part of creating this experience was honoring that and making sure that our guests truly feel like they are part of the world of the films. The experience delivers wholeheartedly on that promise, and we are excited to share it with fans.”
“The John Wick Experience drops you into the sleek, sophisticated world of The Las Vegas Continental,” said Jason Egan. “This is the ultimate destination for anyone seeking a unique and captivating Vegas experience, and a must-visit for John Wick fans.”
The launch of this experience comes as Lionsgate continues to expand the world of Wick, with Stahelski overseeing the franchise across all multimedia platforms. In addition to the four hit films, the John Wick universe includes two spinoff films including Ballerina, set for a June 6th release, and a spinoff starring Donnie Yen that is in development.
In addition, Lionsgate is developing the highly anticipated series John Wick: Under the High Table, which Stahelski and Keanu Reeves are executive producing, and the studio has a John Wick AAA video game in the works.
