Jessica Alba's RentalHmmm… Rent Leonardo DiCaprio’s Palm Springs pad for $45,000 per night, or lease Jessica Alba’s fully furnished Beverly Hills home for $12,000 per month? I think I’ll take the latter, Jessica Alba’s rental, but only because Leo’s place has a two-night minimum stay caveat, so it would cost me at least $90,000 for the weekend.

All kidding aside, at $12,000 per month, Jessica Alba’s 2,286 square foot home with three bedrooms and four bathrooms is quite the deal by Beverly Hills/Hollywood standards. Just ask Alba’s dad, real estate broker Mark Alba, who is taking care of all the rental details.

Jessica Alba's Rental

Jessica Alba is considered one of the most eco-friendly stars in Hollywood, and her own firm, The Honest Company, proves it. While The Honest Company features healthy baby products for feeding, bathing, diapering, etc., as well as environment conscious cleaning products, bath and body goods and more, Alba’s mindset came first and foremost when Consort Design, which decked out the interiors of the rental, selected each detail, such as paint, carpeting, upholstery, even mattresses.

Built in 1980 but radically updated and stocked with some vintage pieces specifically selected for craftsmanship, the house has state-of-the-art appliances and customs finishes. There are sweeping city views from the upper floors, and the lower floor game room has a pool table, an 80-inch flat-screen television and a bar. The spacious master suite has a walk-in closet and a bath with a wall mounted TV that’s viewable from the tub. The kitchen features that most cherished of Hollywood necessities, the built-in Miele coffee station.

According to public records, Alba purchased the property for $1.1 million back in 2002, when she was starring in Dark Angel. Since then, her extremely successful career, which includes starring in film franchises such as Sin City and Fantastic Four, as well as on TV series including The Office and The Spoils of Babylon, has enabled her to buy other, fancier homes, in places like Beverly Hills and Malibu. Alba, 33, is married to producer Cash Warren, and the couple has two young daughters.
