Jonah Hill is at it again, looking to make another cool deal on a Malibu beach house.
In 2022, the actor scooped up the gorgeous home in the guard-gated enclave of Malibu Colony for $15,449,345. He tuned it up a bit and now has it on the market for $16.7 million.
Also in 2022, he listed another contemporary mansion in the same community for $14,995,000—a steep markup from the $9 million he paid for it just a year earlier.
Hill, who is best known for his comedic roles in the films “Knocked Up,” “Superbad,” and “Don’t Look Up,” freshened up the beachfront estate that’s currently listed with white paint on the interior and a dark hunter green on the shingled exterior.
Lush landscaping, including orchids and bougainvillea, provides a picturesque setting for the home, which was built in 1931.
A discreet brick driveway leads to a gated entry. As with many beach houses on the Malibu coast, the garage faces the street and the impressive ocean is in the backyard.

The living room has a high vaulted ceiling, a curved fireplace, and archways. The den has an original Dutch door.
The impressive patio and deck overlook the beach, which is just steps away. This outdoor area was designed for living, with its sauna, shower, cedar soaking tub, built-in barbecue, and covered dining area.

There are four bedrooms and four baths in 3,100 square feet of living space. Most of the bedrooms are upstairs, and some have lovely decks. The deck off the second-story primary suite is especially expansive.
The beach house also has some extra rooms that are uncommon to homes in the area. They include a home theater with a vaulted ceiling, a full projector and screen, and surround sound. There’s also a loft with ocean views, a built-in workspace, a deck, and a game area.
Hill, 40, starred in comedies including “21 Jump Street,” “The 40-Year-Old Virgin,” and “Get Him to the Greek.” He has also received Oscar nods for his serious work in the films “Moneyball” and “The Wolf of Wall Street.”
In addition, Hill has voiced lead characters in animated films, including the “How To Train Your Dragon” trilogy and “The Lego Movie” franchise.
