What goes around comes around. The storied “Salad Spinner” house in Beverly Hills, CA, famously rented by Justin Bieber in 2014, is back on the market.

In this current rotation, the distinctive dwelling is listed for $34,995,000.

Last sold in 2014 for $10.5 million, the glassy mansion has served as a pricey rental property ever since. Rental rates have fluctuated between $50,000 to $85,000 per month.

If you’re not sure about commitment and would like to try before you buy, the home is still available to rent for $59,000 a month.

Listing agents prefer to call it “The Beverly Hills Glass House,” but it’s been dubbed the “Salad Spinner House” because of its spacious circular courtyard with walls of swooping glass and steel. When viewed from the exterior, it’s said to resemble the popular veggie-drying device.

The steel pole at the center of the courtyard supports a stylized, screen-like shade and adds to the spinner vibe.

Built by prominent architect Ed Niles in 2009, the six-bedroom, 6.5-bath, 7,500-square-foot mansion is a bit of a landmark in ritzy Coldwater Canyon. It has even been featured on local “homes of the stars” tours.

The walled and gated property sits on a half-acre lot and is protected by a state-of-the-art security system, making it an ideal perch for privileged high-profilers—child-free ones, that is.

Curbed reports that the vessel-esque mansion was originally commissioned by developer Raffi Cohen when he was single, but he got married before it was finished. He came to the conclusion that its angles, edges, ledges, and almost invisible glass walls weren’t exactly kid-friendly. Cohen sold it before it was finished for an estimated $9 million.

While not suitable for rambunctious children, the home is definitely party-friendly for semi-rambunctious adults. It features multiple bars, wide open indoor-outdoor living areas, and an infinity pool with a spectacular view.

Most of the rooms are curved, including the kitchen, family room, and six-car garage. Even the primary suite, its closet, and bathroom are rounded.

And if you ever get lost in this massive mansion, just keep on walking—you’ll probably end up back where you started.
