Model Angela Lindvall’s Lovely L.A.-Area Home Struts Onto the Market—for a Cause
It’s certainly intriguing to see inside the home of a former Vogue Model of the Year after she puts it on the market. But it’s even more fascinating to learn that she’ll use some proceeds from the eventual sale to help support early-stage companies that focus on women’s health.
That’s exactly what’s happening with the Woodland Hills, CA, home of supermodel, actress, and women’s health advocate Angela Lindvall.
She recently listed her four-bedroom, four-bath, San Fernando Valley home for $1,649,000, with the promise that 10% of the sale’s net proceeds will go to Coyote Ventures, a VC firm that funds innovative, health-centric solutions for women.
That pledge—along with the property’s price, location, and zen ambiance—could be why there’s a contingent offer on the place in less than 20 days. (The median number of days on the market in the area is 36.)
Through the sale, Lindvall hopes to “showcase how real estate and meaningful causes can intersect and hopefully inspire others to give back,” says listing agent Melinda Moore, of Nourmand & Associates.
The 3,594-square-foot abode is nestled in the hills of Topanga, in the coveted neighborhood adjacent to the Woodland Hills Country Club. That gives residents relatively easy access to the studios and other businesses in the San Fernando Valley, as well as the chic environs of Beverly Hills and Bel-Air and the beaches of Malibu. There are endless hiking trails in between.
Renovated residence
Lindvall purchased the house in 2022 for $1,550,000, then proceeded to renovate it with wellness in mind. She created a private yoga sanctuary in the sitting-room area adjacent to the expansive primary bedroom. She also made space outdoors for a sauna, cold plunge, and serene relaxation area. There are several terraces from which residents can enjoy the serenity of the valleys below.
The spacious great room, lined on one side with French doors, opens to a newly remodeled chef’s kitchen with custom tile, a Viking stove, and a Carrara marble dining/prep island, perfect for whipping up healthy and delicious fare.
Other modern updates include a front door with keyless entry, a gated driveway, smart thermostat, and LED recessed lighting.
Lindvall, 45, gained major prominence in the late 1990s and early 2000s, appearing on the covers of fashion magazines like Vogue and Harper’s Bazaar, walking in numerous Victoria’s Secret fashion shows, and representing brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Dior, and Calvin Klein. She has appeared in a number of movies including “Kiss Kiss Bang Bang” and in TV series such as “Hawaii Five-o” and “Project Runway All Stars.”
She has also been involved in many environmental and women’s health projects and has created eco-friendly jewelry and fashion lines, contributing a percentage of the proceeds to charitable causes.
