Actor Seann William Scott might be best known for his appearances as the iconic Stifler character in the “American Pie” movie franchise. These days, he’s trying to sell his Venice, CA, compound that includes a modern main residence and a historic (but updated!) bungalow.

The designer property recently appeared on the market for $4,975,000.
