With the Golden Globes in the rearview mirror and the 75th Primetime Emmy® Awards coming up on Monday, just about everyone is rooting for their favorite TV shows to win the accolades they deserve. And while superb acting, insane plot twists, and razor-sharp dialogue are crucial ingredients in the mix, we’re here to applaud a more subtle, unsung element: the backdrops where all of this action takes place.

Admit it: Wasn’t much of the thrill of ogling “Succession” about the gleaming penthouses and sprawling mansions on display? And who didn’t watch “The White Lotus” without fantasizing about booking a stay at the palatial hotels featured on the show?

To help shower praise on these noteworthy milieus, the designers at Houzz used their 3D floor plan tool to create gorgeous designs inspired by five of this year’s Emmy nominees.

“Everything in the spaces—from the overall style to the individual furniture details—was chosen to reflect the personal styles of the main characters from these popular shows,” explains Houzz designer Madison Holmlund.

Houzz also curated product suggestions so fans can get the look in their own home. It’s one-stop shopping at its best!

So whatever series you binged on last year, you can now pay homage by bringing a piece of that aesthetic under your own roof. Even though the show might be over (or season at least), your love for it can live on.

Carmy’s Kitchen

Hulu’s The Bear has been nominated for 13 Emmys, including one for Jeremy Allen White who plays Carmy, an award-winning chef who has returned to his native Chicago to run the restaurant left to him by his deceased older brother.

Not surprisingly, most of the action occurs in the restaurant’s kitchen. It ain’t fancy, but it’s fully equipped to be the workhorse space it needs to be to pull off Michelin-worthy meals.

How to get the look: Houzz devotes Carmy’s kitchen design to sleek functionality above all, with plenty of storage and sophisticated appliances, including the ZLine Kitchen dual-fuel range ($6,500) and a Summit stainless-steel refrigerator ($2,507).

If these high-end appliances are too rich for your blood, you can bring “The Bear” into your home in a more budget-friendly and literal way with a bronze bear wall mount ($157), or add some stylish Rombass saddle seat bar stools (a mere $74 a piece). The full lineup of items can be found at this Houzz Shop.

Tom and Shiv’s Penthouse

HBO’s Succession is up for a slew of Emmys again—27, to be exact—for portraying family greed at its finest. As the sibling squabbling crescendos to epic heights on who will take over the family business, multimedia conglomerate Waystar Royco, what’s abundantly clear is that there’s already plenty of money to go around, as is evidenced by the properties where they reside.

Much of this final season’s scheming takes place in the Tribeca penthouse inhabited by cutthroat power couple Shiv and Tom (played by Sarah Snook and Matthew McFadyen, both nominated for Emmys).

How to get the look: Even if you’re not a media mogul, those Four Hands Carrie dining chairs in light camel ($749) are bound to catch your eye. Or if you’re looking for something more affordable that still oozes billionaire vibes, this elegant GDF Studio Yuma modern velvet three-seater sofa ($683) would glam up even the most humble living room.

You can get the same modern illumination effect from the Light Society trident five-light chandelier ($295) as you can for the much more expensive Avenue Lighting Fairfax eight-light hanging chandelier, which is currently on sale for $2,481. The White Lotus Bathroom

Emmy voters love HBO’s The White Lotus, an anthology series about an eclectic group of guests, staff, and locals at an exotic resort that changes each season (although some of the guests return). The most recent season, which takes place at the San Domenico Palace hotel in Sicily, has 23 Emmy nominations this year.

How to get the look: An awful lot of The White Lotus action takes place in the hotel bathrooms—the characters are constantly using them to luxuriate in the spa amenities or get ready for spicy nights on the town. And it’s almost a given that all the chicest bathrooms these days, whether they’re in fancy hotels or residential powder rooms, have floating vanities, like the MOD Beacon bathroom vanity with a double sink in natural oak ($1,733), shown below.

If you want to add a smaller taste of luxury to your bathroom, the Nearly Natural Dracaena artificial plant ($143) adds elegance and interest to any corner, and the adorable Linon Anna Campaign accent stool with black metal legs and rope detail ($130) is not only pretty but also practical. Ted Lasso’s Living Room

Houzz

Apple TV’s comedy Ted Lasso received an astounding 21 Emmy nominations this time around, including one for Jason Sudeikis, who personifies the uncannily optimistic American football coach hired to head a British professional football team (which, on that side of the pond, means soccer).

The Houzz designers paid tribute to Ted by laying out the ideal living room for a coach and his buddies to catch a game on screen while swilling pints and crunching crisps. Indeed, the seats in the rendering do look timeless and comfy, and while white furniture would be a little impractical, all of this furniture is specially treated and stain-resistant.

Ted Lasso - Believe

How to get the look: For any sports viewing, those comfy Caracole base club chairs ($1,685) are a must. But the most iconic item in the room is also the least expensive. That Lasso-inspired “Believe” sign is a mere $23, makes a great housewarming gift, and could find a place in almost any room. (In fact, I have this one above the door to my home gym.) More can be found at the Ted Lasso Houzz Shop.

Wednesday’s Dorm Room

Houzz

Netflix’s savvy Addams Family spinoff has been nominated for 12 Emmys in its first season, including one for Jenna Ortega, who plays Wednesday Addams attending her parents’ Gothic alma mater.

Wednesday is forced to share a dorm room with the pastel-unicorn-loving roommate Enid Sinclair, and, as you can imagine, they differ in opinion when it comes to decor. Any parent who has to deal with two kids sharing the same room knows that challenge.

While Wednesday favors a dark and brooding motif, Enid prefers a glittery rainbow connection. Houzz’s designers cannily came up with an idea for appeasing both, carving out separate areas where each style could let its freak flag fly.

How to get the look: That fabulous Amorette five-light antique black candle-style crystal chandelier by Edvivi Lighting ($189) can be placed right smack in the middle of the room and can work well with both styles. Those Bowery Hill traditional metal twin spindle beds ($265) are also versatile enough to work for both sides of the room, with unique bedding that matches the sleepers’ personalities.

Area rugs work well to define a space. These Safavieh Adirondack area rugs ($39–$580) all have the same design, but they come in a variety of sizes and colors. Perhaps the ivory and beige for Enid and the silver and black for Wednesday? Find all the other pieces in the Houzz Shop.
