Actress Kirstie Alley is about to say “cheers and farewell” to her life in a classic Italianate mansion in Los Angeles‘ trendy Los Feliz area. She’s selling her West Coast home of almost 15 years for $11,970,000.

Built in 1932, the 8,622-square-foot mansion is described as a palazzo because of its Italian-influenced design. The actress purchased the place for $1.15 million in 2003, and has done a remarkable job maintaining, preserving, and restoring many of its original features.

Those features include handcarved woodwork, rose windows, painted murals, gilded moldings, and decorated fireplaces.
