The Polo residence, the Manhattan Beach house built for actress Teri Polo, just hit the market for $2,750,000,and we’re thinking it just might be snapped up by the time we get this posted.

Polo was best known for her starring roles in Meet the Parents and Meet the Fockers, and is currently starring in the hit TV show The Fosters. In between, she’s had recurring roles in other TV shows such as Law & Order, The West Wing, The Practice, Sports Night and Northern Exposure. Fred Joyal of 1800 Dentist bought the home in 2009 for $1.95 million.
