Jay Z and Beyonce rent this ‘Ray Donovan’ house for $200,000 per month.

If you’re a Ray Donovan fan, you’ll remember the scene where felonious rapper Cookie steps on the creepy attorney’s head while he’s relaxing in his pool. And if you’re a Million Dollar Listings fan, you’ll have seen that same pool and house in the first episode of the current season. Now if you happen to be either Jay Z or Beyonce, you’ll recognize the house from the inside out, because word is that you rented the place over the summer for $200,000 per month.

This lavish Trousdale mansion, complete with a lighted grass tennis court and an infinity pool with a wall of water cascading down the hill, is a spec home, currently on the market for $45 million. But while the owner is waiting for it to sell, it’s making itself useful by being a TV location, not to mention a luxury rental. This is likely where Jay and Bey holed up while they were shopping that $85 million spec home nearby.

Looks like its seven bedrooms, nine bathrooms and three kitchens just aren’t enough for the celeb power couple. Nor is its master suite with the three walk-in closets, two baths and dual offices. Personally, the manse had me at its gorgeous two-story living room with disappearing walls of glass and views for miles. I’m also in love with the gigantic, state-of-the-art home theater, as well as the gym with a view (and massage room).
